Role Summary

The Marketing Manager, Audience Retention, will develop and execute strategies to nurture and retain our customer database, focusing on reducing churn through engaging content and solutions that enhance loyalty and brand perception. Working closely with product and sales teams, this role aims to maintain high customer satisfaction metrics like Renewal Rate and NPS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement targeted nurture and retention campaigns for our estate agent database.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to identify customer pain points and develop content strategies that provide practical solutions and insights.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to inform decisions and improve engagement strategies.
  • Ensure retention efforts align with brand voice and positively influence customer perception and loyalty.
  • Manage communication channels to maintain consistent and engaging dialogue with our audience.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies that keep our brand top-of-mind and minimize churn.
  • Proven experience managing customer retention and engagement campaigns, preferably in B2B software or property markets.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign effectiveness and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities to address customer challenges and improve retention.
  • Deep understanding of customer journey mapping and creating targeted content for various stages of the customer lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the property industry or B2B software market is highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Background in data analysis and reporting tools to measure success and inform strategies.
