Job summary

Nebius is building a full-stack AI cloud platform and seeks a Product Marketing Manager to drive growth for Nebius Certification. You will turn narratives into measurable marketing activities that attract technical professionals and drive adoption across the Nebius ecosystem, while staying hands-on.

In this role, you’ll shape positioning, messaging, and the go-to-market strategy, executing across multiple audiences. After applying, you will complete a test assignment as the first interview step.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product marketing or related roles.
• Strong ownership and initiative.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot).
• Cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent time management and prioritization.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher.
• Background in or strong interest in AI-powered products.
• Experience using analytics to drive marketing decisions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for training programs, certification exams, and ecosystem partnerships.
• Build a measurement framework with visibility into marketing outcomes and traction.
• Establish Nebius Certification within relevant professional communities.
• Define positioning, messaging, and differentiation across target segments.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape roadmap priorities from insights.
• Support Sales enablement with pitch decks, messaging, and case studies.
