Location: CSG London
Length: ASAP – until 17 Oct 2025
Rate: £48.08
Hours: 9am – 6pm
Bonus Plan: Company (paid Yearly)
Responsibilities:
- Lead marketing initiatives for projects/products, managing workstreams.
- Conduct user research, market analysis, and provide insights for business recommendations.
- Develop user journeys and lifecycle strategies with cross-functional teams.
- Identify opportunities for user growth, engagement, and feature adoption.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies in coordination with sales and marketing leadership.
- Assist in project scoping, resource allocation, and prioritization.
- Set goals and evaluate success using data-driven methods.
- Create structured project plans and strategies.
- Manage stakeholder interests and communicate potential challenges.
- Propose new business opportunities beyond immediate scope.
- Prioritize initiatives and make independent business decisions.
Mandatory Skills & Knowledge:
- Brand Management: Experience in branding through advertising, digital marketing, and events.
- Campaign Management: Knowledge of campaign lifecycle from planning to reporting.
- Client/Partner Management & Advising: Ability to influence and lead partners, manage expectations, and communicate effectively.
- Consumer Behaviour: Understanding of digital and traditional consumer behaviors.
- Data Analysis & Synthesis: Skilled in analyzing data to draw insights and inform strategies.
- Go-To-Market Strategy: Experience in launching products and refining product-market fit.
- Industry Knowledge: Awareness of industry trends, key players, and technologies.
