Job description

We’re Altura, an ambitious SaaS startup, and we just raised our Series A!

At Altura, we’re making it easier for organizations to win complex deals (tenders and RfPs). With our AI powered platform, we simplify bid management by turning it into a smooth, strategic process. We connect workflows, automate tasks, and make knowledge accessible, so teams can work more efficiently and effectively.

But we’re not stopping there.

We’re building the first AI powered Agentic Virtual Bidmanagement Assistant, designed to automate the entire bid lifecycle. With fresh funding, big ambitions, and a fast growing team, we’re just getting started.

If you value innovation, enjoy working collaboratively, and want to make a real impact, we’d love to have you on board.

Let’s work together!

TL;DR

As Product Marketing Manager, you’ll drive go-to-market success across new product launches, feature releases, and market expansions. You’ll own our positioning, messaging, and product narrative—ensuring that our innovations resonate with the right audiences. This is a high-visibility role where strategic thinking, strong writing, and cross-functional collaboration meet to shape how the world sees Altura.

The role and your challenge:

Altura has been building at breakneck speed. With our product evolving rapidly and expanding into new markets, our ability to clearly communicate value is more important than ever.

We’ve built a strong product and demand engine—but now it’s time to level up our go-to-market execution.

As Product Marketing Manager, you’ll own the GTM strategy for features, launches, and market entries. You’ll collaborate across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Field Marketing to ensure our messaging is tight, tailored, and impactful. You’ll take full ownership of our product positioning and lead key messaging across our website, sales collateral, and launch communications.

Your work will directly influence product adoption, sales performance, and overall market traction.

You will:
  • Lead and take ownership for go-to-market campaigns for new features, product launches, and market expansions – coordinating timelines, tactics and day-to-day operations across teams.

  • Define and refine product positioning and messaging in close collaboration with Product, Sales and Customer Success teams—ensuring it resonates with key personas and industries, informed by customer interviews, competitor analysis, and market research.

  • Own and create high-impact content—such as core website pages, research reports, sales enablement assets, and product presentations—grounded in deep product and market insight.

  • Drive bow-tie funnel growth by crafting clear value propositions that empower Sales and Customer Success to boost ACV, upsell, and retention.

You have:
  • 4+ years in product marketing, GTM strategy, or similar roles in B2B SaaS.

  • Preferably Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Sales, Product Management, or a related field.

  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical features into compelling value.

  • Experience working closely with product and commercial teams to align strategy.

  • A strategic mindset with strong business acumen and market awareness.

  • Familiarity with sales enablement best practices and ability to support commercial teams effectively.

  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, switching between strategy and execution with ease.

  • Demonstrated strength in project management and ownership of go-to-market (GTM) metrics, driving value from initial concept to successful launch.

You Should Apply If
  • You love high-impact roles where you can collaboratively build processes as we scale. If you want to feel like your work matters and see tangible results, we want to hear from you!

  • You take ownership of everything you do. At Altura, you will have the freedom to make key decisions, own projects, and experiment with new ideas. If you thrive in environments that reward creativity and independence, we want to hear from you!

  • You are passionate about innovation. We tackle new and uncharted problems every day. If you are excited to work on cutting-edge problems and create solutions, we want to hear from you!

You Should Not Apply If:
  • At Altura, roles can be fluid. Success here requires wearing many hats and zooming out on our strategy to drive impact. If you prefer well-defined responsibilities and career paths, this might not be the right fit for you.

  • Alturians take initiative and solve problems without much guidance. If you thrive on close supervision or clear processes, and seek extensive mentorship, this might not be the right fit for you.

  • We believe that it is good to make mistakes – taking risks leads to more growth and learning. If you are afraid of failure, this might not be the right fit for you.

We offer:

  • Time – 40 hours per week ️

  • Compensation – Competitive salary and Virtual Stock Units (VSUs)

  • Free – 26 vacation days ️

  • Development – Budget for courses and learning

  • MacBook

  • Hybrid working model – 2 days/week in our beautiful London office
