Job description

At Airtime we are all about innovation, because this is how we stay on top. Every one of us has a hunger to succeed and will stop for nothing less than excellence. Crucially, our ethos is underpinned by a culture of teamwork and our shared humility because all that we achieve, we achieve together.

Empowering

We keep the experience fresh with an innovative, original approach, marked by continuous introduction of unique features and benefits. We are about fresh, adaptable and impactful change that sets new standards and differentiates from competitors.

Magnetic

Genuinely engaging and deeply trustworthy. We connect easily, making every experience with us naturally appealing and memorable. Even the way we transform data into engaging, personalised insights is fun and visually appealing.

Uplifting

Bright and optimistic, we offer a positive escape from the mundane. We bring joy to everyday life, transforming routine into moments of happiness and satisfaction. Feel good with every interaction.

The Role

The Product Marketing Manager should help shape how we launch new features, communicate product value, and bring our in-app experience to life. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of product and marketing, blending go-to-market leadership with ownership of in-product content strategy.

You’ll lead the messaging behind our features and drive adoption through impactful content, and ensure a seamless member experience across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for new product features and launches.
  • Own product positioning and messaging across the full lifecycle — from feature concept to post-launch — bringing Airtime’s features to life for members.
  • Drive active adoption of Airtime’s product and features by changing user behaviours. You’ll bring proven experience in developing strategies and positioning that supercharge engagement, helping ensure existing and new features deliver tangible business impact.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, CRM, and Sales to align on timelines, rollout plans, and success metrics.
  • Collaborate with our Digital Designer to deliver compelling campaign assets across in-app, email, push, social, and paid media.
  • Work closely with CRM to embed product features into onboarding flows and lifecycle comms to increase product adoption.
  • Conduct user and market research to inform messaging, develop personas, and ensure product–market fit. Share insights with Product and Marketing.
  • Create feedback loops to optimise both the product experience and related communications.
  • Use tools like Firebase, Metabase, and Bloomreach to measure impact, uncover insights, and surface new opportunities.
  • Own in-product content strategy, including Storyly (In-App stories) and tactical promotional content as well as UX copy
  • Ensure a cohesive, on-brand experience throughout the app that reflects our tone of voice and values.
  • Regularly update and A/B test content to keep the experience fresh and to drive engagement, feature usage, and member satisfaction.

Requirements

  • At least 3-4 years in Product Marketing Role
  • Solid understanding of the product and member lifecycles and experience in managing go-to-market strategies
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate across different functions and seniority levels
  • Commercially minded and a data-driven mindset
  • Proactive and always looking for opportunities to improve
  • Creative, innovative and keen to take risks to get results.
  • Strong work ethic, high integrity, and a team-player with a positive attitude.

  • 23 days annual leave, plus one for each year served (capped at 28).
