Job description

About Us

Aarki is an AI company that builds advertising solutions to drive mobile revenue growth. We use AI to find audiences in a privacy-first world by using trillions of contextual bidding signals coupled with proprietary neural net based models. Our platform includes a full-service team and Unified Creative Strategy that delivers ad creative ideation and execution. We have worked with hundreds of advertisers over 14 years and see 5M mobile ad requests per second from over 10B devices driving performance for publishers and brands. It is independently operated and headquartered in San Francisco, CA with offices across the United States, EMEA, and APAC.

About the Role

We’re looking for a high-performing Product Marketing Manager with deep experience in ad tech to move fast, think strategically, and execute flawlessly. You’ll be at the center of positioning, launching, and scaling our most critical products while enabling our sales team with the content, tools, and insights they need to close faster and better.

If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, obsesses over details, and knows how to turn technical features into customer wins, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Positioning & Messaging: Craft crisp, compelling messaging that clearly communicates product value and differentiates us in a crowded market.
  • Sales Enablement: Deliver world-class collateral (pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive battlecards, and case studies) and technical documentation that drives sales effectiveness and shortens deal cycles.
  • Data-Driven Storytelling: Use usage data, customer insights, and market trends to build compelling narratives and visual content that fuel marketing campaigns and customer engagement.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Own and execute high-velocity GTM plans in partnership with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success. Ensure launches are timely, impactful, and aligned with business goals.
  • Market & Competitive Research: Track the competitive landscape, identify gaps, and feed strategic insights back into product and marketing roadmaps.
  • Content & Demand Generation: Contribute to content that drives top-of-funnel demand and mid-funnel engagement, supporting lead gen, product education, and thought leadership.
  • Internal Collaboration: Act as a connector between Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales, aligning teams around clear narratives, launch plans, and value propositions.
Experience
  • 4–6 years of product marketing experience, with a strong background in ad tech or martech
  • Deep understanding of the ad tech ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, attribution, targeting, etc.)
  • Proven ability to ship high-quality deliverables fast without sacrificing accuracy or polish
  • Comfortable navigating startup chaos—you're proactive, adaptable, and thrive in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities and limited direction.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, especially when simplifying complex products
  • Experience driving sales enablement strategy, including building collateral that closes deals
  • A results-first mindset with a bias toward action, iteration, and accountability
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders with precision and clarity
Good-to-Have Skills
  • Experience working with creative performance data or SKAN 4.0
  • Ability to run competitive analysis and translate insights into differentiation
  • Confidence in using product analytics to influence positioning or marketing decisions
