Your Role in our Mission

We’re on a mission to make the world a better place to work and, to help us get there, we’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own every aspect of product marketing across our growing, multi-product UK portfolio.

This is a standalone, hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is comfortable managing many moving parts and is excited to drive real results. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Enablement, Sales and Client Success to bring our product vision to market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product and partnership launches
  • Craft compelling product messaging and positioning that clearly communicates value to different audiences
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to align timelines, messaging and deliverables for successful launches
  • Manage and continually optimise product messaging across a broad, multi-product portfolio to address the evolving needs of our clients
  • Collaborate with Enablement to ensure Sales and Client Success teams have the right product materials and playbooks
  • Redefine and maintain product brand architecture, including naming, bundling and packaging, where applicable
  • Partner with the Design team to create high-quality marketing assets, such as one-pagers, presentations, videos, web pages, etc
  • Collaborate with the wider Marketing team to design and deliver integrated, product-led campaigns that showcase key features and drive engagement
  • Conduct customer, market and competitor research to inform messaging and go-to-market plans
Skills
  • Hands-on B2B product marketing experience (SaaS preferred), with a track record of thriving in fast-paced settings and managing competing priorities across a broad product portfolio
  • A doer mindset: you take initiative, follow through and move fast!
  • Excellent communicator, storyteller and writer, skilled at distilling complex features into compelling value
  • Experience with content creation across a range of formats and channels (including user videos)
  • Ability to lead multiple deliverables and deadlines simultaneously without losing focus
  • Strong collaborator, comfortable influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority
