What About This Role?
We're looking for a Product Marketer to join the marketing team. You'll be a crucial part of ensuring our product resonates with HR and talent audiences, and stands out in a crowded market.

Day to day, you'll own competitor and market analysis, strengthen our sales enablement efforts, and manage product launch messaging and go-to-market (GTM) execution.

As our first product marketer, this role offers ownership, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-growing business!

Key Responsibilities

  • Own competitor & market analysis - track trends and refine our differentiation strategy.
  • Lead sales enablement - provide our sales teams with compelling positioning and messaging.
  • Develop & execute GTM strategies - manage product launches from ideation to execution.
  • Drive product messaging - ensure our messaging aligns with our users' needs and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally - work closely with Product, Digital, and Commercial teams.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Hard Skills (Technical):

  • Positioning & Messaging - Ability to craft compelling messaging for HR audiences.
  • GTM Planning & Execution - Experience in executing successful GTM campaigns.
  • Project Management - Ability to coordinate teams, set clear goals, and drive execution.
  • Data Analysis - Comfortable using data to inform decisions and communicate insights.

Soft Skills (Interpersonal):

  • Communication - Strong ability to influence without authority across all levels.
  • Organized - Able to juggle multiple campaigns while prioritizing key initiatives.
  • Empathetic - Can step into the shoes of HR users to craft meaningful messaging.
  • Collaborative - Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
