About the team

The Growth Team drives Argent's global expansion. Our goal is to make Argent the home of all things DeFi worldwide.

We combine creativity and data to maximize reach, acquisition, and retention. We are always testing, never afraid to fail, but always backing our ideas with data or logic.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will get to:

• Create and own the long-term marketing strategy for our suite of products
• Design impactful, data-driven quarterly roadmaps to boost product adoption
• Use feedback loops to extract data-driven insights to inform strategy
• Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches and features
• Coordinate and delegate cross-functionally to ensure creative excellence and flawless execution
• Craft value propositions, messaging, positioning, and orchestrate PR campaigns

Your experience should include:

• Experience in B2B or B2C product, brand, or consumer marketing in a fast-paced environment
• Strong track record in consumer marketing and understanding channels like in-product, digital, CRM, and PR
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for campaigns and product development
• Experience in crypto startups or a deep passion and knowledge of the industry
• A hands-on attitude and self-management skills

You might also have:

• Strong knowledge of Blockchain technologies, especially Layer 2 solutions like Starknet
