We’re looking for a dynamic and proactive Product Marketing Manager to join our team and take ownership of how our products show up in the market. This role is ideal for someone with a technical background in the bandwidth infrastructure industry who is ready to lean into a more customer-facing, people-centric, and strategic role.

As the bridge between Product, Sales, and Marketing, you’ll be responsible for creating and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, positioning our product suite effectively, enabling our sales teams, and ensuring that our voice in the market reflects a deep understanding of customer needs and industry trends.

What will you be doing?

  • Be the voice of the customer internally by conducting market & industry research, competitive analysis, win/ loss interviews and persona development. Regularly provide insights into customer pain points and buyer journeys to influence product roadmap and messaging. Present your findings to product management.
  • Be the voice of Products into the market by developing clear, compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target segments.
  • Train customers on “why euNetworks, why now”.
  • Create and maintain single-source-of-truth documentation for our product suite: value props, key differentiators, proof points, use cases.
  • Own product positioning and craft clear, differentiated, and customer-centric messaging for each product and audience segment.
  • Use mastery of storytelling to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling customer-centric value.
  • Lead internal training sessions on product features, differentiators, and messaging.
  • Own the GTM plan for product launches and lifecycle marketing, including campaign levers, events, and activation activities.
  • Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to craft impactful, customer-centric launch messaging.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Demand Gen to translate GTM plans into pipeline growth and product adoption.
  • Partner with the Marketing Director to transform messaging into powerful Sales Enablement: pitch decks, landing pages, web copy, case studies,battlecards, competitive positioning guides and videos.
  • Serve as the lead trainer and build onboarding toolkits for Sales and Sales Engineering to confidently articulate euNetworks’ product value.

What do we want from you?

  • A degree plus quality work experience or an apprenticeship and follow-on quality work experience, in a technical, R&D, product development or engineering role relating to DWDM, Ethernet and/or IP networks.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience of creating effective GTM plans and/or working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams is desirable (and will be considered as a plus) but we have a host of internal mentors at Product and Marketing Manager/Director level to support you should you not.
  • You bring either technical (whether in engineering, sales engineering, R&D, or a technical product role) or B2B product marketing expertise in the bandwidth infrastructure industry—you’re ready to pivot into a role that is more internal and external customer focussed, which combines strategic thinking, empathy and cross-functional collaboration.
  • You take an active interest and have a passion for writing and messaging - if you have experience writing blogs, magazine articles, whitepapers etc. (on any subject) that would be brilliant.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and are energised by building clarity, momentum and alignment.
  • You're a self-starter with a hands-on attitude and a passion for making complex products approachable and compelling.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • You're inspired and motivated to make a difference.
