Product Marketing Manager

Description

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to support the development and execution of product marketing strategies with a strong focus on market intelligence and customer voice. This role will be instrumental in gathering insights on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a keen analytical mindset, a passion for understanding market dynamics, and strong communication skills to translate insights into impactful marketing initiatives. This role involves working closely with the Business Unit leads, product managers, the sales team and marketing teams and other key stakeholders to ensure that Yordas Group's products are effectively positioned in the marketplace.

Roles and Responsibilities

Market Intelligence & Customer Insights

  • Conduct market research to track industry trends, emerging regulations, and competitive positioning.
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback, identifying key pain points, opportunities for in-product messaging and product development.
  • Maintain and update a competitor intelligence database, tracking new market entrants and product innovations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, sales and customer success teams to capture and represent the customer's voice.

Product Positioning & Messaging

  • Assist in developing clear and compelling product positioning, ensuring differentiation in the market.
  • Support the creation of product marketing materials, including brochures, website content, sales enablement resources, and FAQs.
  • Translate technical product features into customer-centric value propositions that resonate with target audiences.

Go-to-Market Strategy & Campaign Support

  • Assist in the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Support the development of targeted marketing campaigns, using insights from customer research and market analysis.
  • Monitor and report on product marketing performance, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

Internal Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with the Business Unit leads and Product Managers to refine messaging and ensure customer needs are reflected in product development.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align product messaging with broader brand and content strategies.
  • Support sales enablement by providing the sales team with up-to-date market intelligence, and customer insights.

Profile and Qualifications

  • Demonstrable expertise in market research, customer insights, and product marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Experience or familiarity with market research techniques, customer surveys, or competitive analysis is an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) is beneficial but not essential.
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
