Product Marketing Manager Huddersfield Marketing Full time Permanent

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help grow some of our strategically important product categories. This is a new role, and because these categories have significant growth potential, you will report directly to our CEO.

You will oversee all marketing activities for Hot Tubs, Air Conditioners, Dehumidifiers, BBQs, and Solar Panels. We are market leaders in some of these areas and have compelling products to sell to consumers, end-user businesses, and installers.

Your role is to drive sales and profitability through digital and offline activities. By working with buyers, you will delve into product details to highlight benefits, creating hooks to increase sales.

Digital

Enhance product benefits and features on our websites, improve the customer journey, and create compelling reasons to buy from us. We aim for visitors and customers to have no reason to shop elsewhere. To achieve this, we need to educate our customers, clearly explaining product and service benefits, and build credibility by highlighting our award-winning delivery service and installation teams. Our goal is to be known as “The Product Experts,” and you will work with our creative team to develop engaging content and a top-tier customer experience.

Off-Line

Develop marketing campaigns that engage retail and business customers, including leaflets, calls via our call center, emails, promotions, and attendance at end-user exhibitions. You will create, implement, and monitor these campaigns with support from other departments.

Your Reports

You will lead three digital marketers focusing on website enhancement and customer journey analysis. You will work closely with our ecommerce and creative departments to drive traffic, improve website features, and implement CRM campaigns, making our offerings appealing and credible.
