Role Summary:

Working within the Living Environment Systems Group, a world leader in energy-efficient HVAC&R solutions, this role is part of the Commercial Product Group.

The responsibilities include understanding market and customer needs, generating strategies, leading go-to-market initiatives, developing value propositions, and enabling product adoption to ensure success.

Experience:

  • Product marketing experience at an expert level, 3+ years
  • Marketing experience with Marcomms teams, 2+ years
  • Engineering/technical/HVACR experience, 3+ years
  • Market knowledge within the commercial heating sector

Skills/Responsibilities:

To succeed, you will:

  • Prioritize customer needs in all actions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maximize outcomes
  • Manage a product marketing roadmap covering products, legislation, and markets
  • Develop and coordinate go-to-market and sales strategies with relevant teams
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and legislative input
  • Track product usage and impact
  • Own understanding of market and customer feedback (VOC)
  • Identify gaps and opportunities, working with the Product Marketing team
  • Spend one day per week engaging with the market and customers
