They are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join their already well-established marketing function. With over 10,000 customers their SaaS solutions are industry recognised and award winning. You will be joining a scaling business with ambitious plans and a lot of opportunity for person growth over the next 3 – 5 years.

The Product Marketing Manager will play a key role in supporting the go-to-market strategy and execution for our suite of software products. Reporting to the CMO and working closely with cross-functional teams, this mid-level role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology, marketing, and understanding customer needs. The ideal candidate will combine strong marketing skills, with the ability to translate technical features into customer benefits.

Ideally you will have 2 – 4 years of experience within a Product Marketing role. Experience working for a FinTech SaaS vendor would be highly beneficial due to the specific markets their solutions are sold in to so experience within an Accountancy SaaS, Banking SaaS or Professional Services SaaS company would be advantageous. Most importantly you will need to be someone that gets stuck in, enjoys taking responsibility and ownership as you join this scaling business and team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing clear and compelling messaging that differentiates their products in the market.
  • Support the creation of product positioning statements, value propositions, and key messaging frameworks for multiple audience segments.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of product launches. Support the development of launch materials, including sales enablement tools, product guides, and customer communications.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide them with tools, materials, and training that communicate product value and address customer pain points.
  • Support the creation of product demos, product release webinars, and product walkthrough videos to help drive engagement and adoption.
  • Assist in planning and running Customer Advisory Boards (CABs) to gather strategic insights and build stronger customer relationships.
  • Maintain ownership of the product marketing calendar to coordinate key sales enablement and customer engagement activities.
  • Support sales training sessions by developing content and assisting in delivery to ensure the team understands product positioning
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Gather customer insights and feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with content and campaign teams to create engaging product-related content, such as blogs, case studies, and email campaigns.
  • Track key metrics such as campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and product adoption.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years minimum experience in product marketing, or a related role, within the accountancy software, FinTech or Broader Financial Services Sectors.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and customer journeys.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a talent for turning technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly language.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders.
