Key responsibilities:

  1. Voice of the customer: Become a product and market expert on Legal AI, and the challenges of In-house legal teams to feed into our GTM strategy, marketing campaigns and sales process.
  2. Messaging and Positioning: Demonstrable success in developing strategic messaging that synthesises customer needs, business impact, product positioning, and competitive differentiation.
  3. GTM Strategy & Launches: Lead the strategy and execution, ensuring marketability from the start and shaping cohesive launch strategies.
  4. Sales enablement: Collaborate with Sales to drive productivity through product knowledge transfer, seller collateral, and value-based talk tracks.
  5. Content & Collateral: Create compelling marketing and sales content in formats such as web pages, video, one pagers, decks, battlecards, and more.
  6. Reporting and Analysis: Leverage data to unearth insights into buyer and customer needs and identify market opportunities.

You might be a good fit if you:

  1. Have 5-7 years of experience in Product Marketing or related field, ideally with some exposure to the legal tech space.
  2. Have demonstrable success in developing strategic messaging that synthesises customer needs, business impact, product positioning, and competitive differentiation.
  3. Are an excellent written and verbal communicator - translating ideas into compelling narratives to win over target customers.
  4. Thrive working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change, and processes may need to be created from scratch.
  5. Have a proven ability to extract insights from research and translate those insights into go-to-market strategies.
  6. Can think strategically and develop big-picture ideas while executing on tactical details.
  7. Are an independent self-starter, excited by the prospect of being the first Product Marketer at LEGALFLY, shaping the function from the ground up.

Your direct manager and team:

You will join the Marketing team led by the Head of Marketing. Your team consists of Growth Marketing, Design and Events Marketing.
