OUR WORK MODEL

Hybrid: This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work from our London office 2-3 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely on other days.

YOUR ROLE

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving the go-to-market strategy, messaging, and positioning for Cognism’s suite of products. You will develop messaging and positioning, craft the narrative for how our products deliver value to customers, and work with teams across Sales, Demand Generation, and Product Management to drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue across Cognism’s existing customer base and prospects.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Develop and execute GTM strategies – Drive successful product launches and ensure strong market adoption for sales-led products.
  • Own product positioning and messaging – Craft clear, compelling messaging that differentiates Cognism in the B2B sales intelligence space.
  • Drive competitive and market intelligence – Conduct market research to understand our competitors to identify positioning opportunities, build battlecards, and analyse win/loss trends
  • Collaborate cross-functionally – Work with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Demand Generation and Paid Media to craft ambitious integrated campaigns that drive customer adoption and pipeline growth.
  • Create high-impact content – Develop case studies, sales materials, thought leadership, demos, and own the performance of product web pages.
  • Measure and optimize performance – Track and analyse the effectiveness of product marketing efforts and optimize for growth.
  • Support sales enablement – Equip the sales team with the right tools, training, and content to accelerate deal cycles and improve win rates.
OUR EXPECTATIONS
  • 6+ years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS
  • Excellent communication and storytelling – Ability to craft compelling narratives and messaging that resonate with prospects and customers.
  • Analytical skills – Comfortable using data to measure and optimise marketing strategies, and conducting quantitative win/loss analyses
  • Strong go-to-market experience – Proven track record of leading successful product launches.
  • Eager to make an impact - You thrive in a fast-moving environment and can operate fluidly between the 30,000-foot strategy level and the micro-detail to get things right
  • Sales collaboration skills – Ability to work closely with sales teams to develop messaging and sales enablement materials.
  • A team player – Product Marketers collaborate across the Marketing team and with every team at Cognism. You can work with a range of disciplines to execute on your work.
