Description

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the main tasks include developing, planning and executing holistic and comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to develop customer awareness, knowledge and understanding, through a series of marketing elements that take the customer on a journey that brings them closer to OXTS. Key metrics would be around moving customers and potential customers through the Awareness, Interest, Desire, Action (AIDA) funnel and converting them into advocates for the business and loyal repeat customers in support of our sales teams and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, email, and social media to generate qualified leads.
  • Develop clear customer journeys within campaigns to guide prospects through the sales funnel, from awareness to conversion.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to create and execute joint marketing initiatives tailored to local markets.
  • Create compelling content (blogs, case studies, sales materials, videos, etc.) in partnership with product and technical teams.
  • Manage advertising activities, including identifying opportunities, negotiating rates, and coordinating ad production.
  • Write and distribute press releases and media content, and build relationships with journalists and editors to maximize PR opportunities.
  • Track and report marketing performance, including campaign KPIs, customer engagement metrics, and marketing budgets.
  • Ensure campaigns are integrated across digital platforms, working closely with the Digital Marketing Executive for web and social alignment.
  • Support the development of strategic marketing plans as part of the wider commercial strategy.
  • Provide general marketing support, including assisting with project delivery, admin tasks, and the creation of promotional assets.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Multi-Channel Campaigns: Ability to drive, plan, execute and monitor multi-channel campaigns in alignment with the overall marketing and company strategy.
  • PR and Media Management: Identify and organise new advertisements, write press releases, company profiles and other content for the website, new product launches and exhibitions.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Develop and analyse metrics, report on marketing budgets and measurable objectives for campaigns.
  • Sales Channel Marketing: Work with channel partners on joint marketing campaigns and monitor execution.
  • Communication: Clear and collaborative communicator, confident working and negotiating with contractors. Liaise with different departments, team members, channel partners and customers.
  • Attention to Detail and Organisation: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, whilst managing deadlines and competing priorities. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ownership and Accountability: Takes ownership and accountability for the planning, executing, driving and monitoring of multi-channel campaigns.
