Job summary

Cavendish Maine Recruitment is seeking a Marketing professional to lead New Product Development for a range of hard‑goods and technical products. You will write technically accurate copy and brief designers on packaging.

You will prepare marketing campaigns to support new launches and existing lines, from brochures to single‑page releases, and you will research routes to market while reporting on campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing roles involving physical products.
• Degree level education in a relevant subject area.
• Experience in hard-goods or technical products industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• New Product Development: manage development, introduction and marketing of new products.
• Assets and Collateral to Support Sales: develop campaigns, brochures, packaging design coordination.
• Research and Reporting: research routes to market and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
