Job description

is looking for a high-performing and highly versatile Product Marketing Manager to drive the go-to-market strategy and execution for a growing portfolio of innovative, high-impact career programmes. This role goes beyond conventional product marketing - we need someone who sees the gaps, connects the dots, and proactively turns insight into action. You'll work both strategically and operationally, using AI tools and customer insight to deliver at speed, without compromising quality. You will manage a team of high performers to maximise results and ensure targets are met. You'll collaborate with marketing, partnerships, sales, product, design, and delivery teams to build integrated, conversion-focused campaigns. We're especially interested in candidates from outside the traditional EdTech space - people who bring fresh thinking, a growth mindset, and a deep obsession with understanding customers and what drives them to act.

What You'll Do
  1. Manage a team of product marketing managers
  2. Manage partnerships with top tier university partners
  3. Own the go-to-market strategy for new products and partnerships from end to end
  4. Define clear, compelling product positioning and messaging using insight, not guesswork
  5. Be the voice of the customer, using Jobs to Be Done theory and qualitative/quantitative insight to shape campaigns and content
  6. Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Make, Zapier, customGPTs) to build workflows that accelerate execution while maintaining high-quality output
  7. Spot opportunities others don't - like turning sales call transcripts into messaging direction or surfacing friction points from drop-off data
  8. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver performance-driven campaigns, landing pages, and ads that convert
  9. Map and optimise the user journey, applying conversion best practices and funnel thinking
  10. Support internal and partner sales teams with the right enablement tools and materials
  11. Analyse performance across touchpoints and iterate fast based on insight, not instinct

Proven experience in product marketing - ideally from tech, SaaS, consumer, or fast-growth sectors.

Track record of taking new products or services to market and hitting commercial goals.

A portfolio of work that demonstrates how you've used AI tools to scale your impact.

A builder's mindset - you get things done, plug gaps, and move fluidly between strategic and executional work.

Strong grasp of customer research methodologies, especially Jobs to Be Done.

Exceptional communicator - equally comfortable writing ad copy, briefing design, or building stakeholder buy-in.

A bias for insight-driven action, and a love of working in the grey until you find clarity.

Strong project management skills and fluency in tools like ClickUp or Asana - but you don't let process get in the way of performance.

An obsession with growth - you care about results, test relentlessly, and know that the difference is in the details.

Proven experience managing a marketing team, preferably in a remote, global environment.

FourthRev is building a new category of learning experiences in partnership with global universities and leading tech companies. You'll join a team that values innovation, curiosity, high performance, and commercial impact - where fresh ideas are welcome, and pace is paired with thoughtful execution.

Enjoy the flexibility of remote-first work, real ownership over your projects, and the chance to shape how the next generation of learners discover and choose transformative education programmes.
