This is a role that blends strategic product marketing with creative content execution. You’ll be the voice of our product, creating and managing high-impact content that connects with our audience and supports our ambitious growth goals. You’ll work across campaigns, email, web, and social to bring our messaging to life and support product marketing, brand awareness, and lead generation.

You’ll play a hands-on role in shaping how Bizimply speaks to customers and prospects - enabling Sales and CS teams, and supporting product-led growth. You’ll also plan and create engaging content that drives traffic, builds trust, and supports commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities

Product Marketing
  • Execute and evolve Bizimply’s product messaging and positioning across channels.
  • Translate technical features into clear, compelling customer benefits throughout the user lifecycle.
  • Support go-to-market strategies for new features and integrations.
  • Build and maintain sales/CS enablement materials like one-pagers, decks, battle cards, and more.
Content & Campaigns
  • Plan and create value-based content for landing pages, email sequences, paid ads, and in-product comms.
  • Support full-funnel marketing campaigns aligned to product launches and commercial goals.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Design to ensure content is on-brand and on-target.
  • Create engaging content across a range of formats: blog posts, landing pages, guides, emails, case studies, social posts, ad copy, and more
Awareness & Engagement
  • Write and manage blogs, case studies, social posts, and other top-of-funnel content to build visibility.
  • Help grow Bizimply’s presence in organic channels like SEO, social, and AI platforms.
  • Contribute to podcast, video, and customer story development as needed.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 1–3 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or B2B SaaS marketing.
  • Strong commercial mindset - can connect messaging to business goals.
  • A strong writer who can craft compelling, benefit-led content that resonates with our customers - operators and managers in hospitality, retail, and other shift-based industries.
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in WordPress, HubSpot, marketing automation, analytics tools and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Create Suite for creation of video and graphics
  • Bonus: experience in workforce, HR tech, SaaS, or hospitality/retail tech space.
