More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Product Marketing Apprentice in Guildford with Signify.

In this Apprenticeship, you will work alongside the Product Marketing team in Professional and Consumer, providing support for day-to-day tasks and learning the fundamentals of a Product Marketing role. The aim will be for this person to eventually take on and own a small portfolio of their own and develop from there.

You will have the opportunity of gaining an apprenticeship qualification up to degree level with this role if you choose so.

During your 3 year apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to:

• Working closely with Product Marketeers to support their portfolios and day to day activities.

• Produce product reports and analysis, tailored to portfolio and customer axis.

• Support the New Product Introduction process and coordinate with all members of the team.

• Organize regular product Webinars and support putting together content when needed.

• Support for External events such as delivering Training, Open Days and customer events as appropriate.

• Work with the product marketing team to align forecasts and assist with QxP forecast input.

• Work with the team on pricing and check / releases.

• Product samples collation and dispatch.

• Product Sales out data collation (Excel Based).

• Product setup sheet support (Excel Based).

• Product library maintenance.

• Eventual goal will be for this person to take on their own small product portfolio and develop from there.

• To gain external recognized qualifications with no university fees!

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

• Strong IT skills.

• Eager to learn, team worker, and dedicated.

• Positive GCSE results / BTEC attainment.

• At least a C / Grade 4 in Mathematics.

• Study of Business is preferable.

• Aged 16+.

• Resident in England. The position is office-based in Guildford, Surrey.

Most of our Apprentices are offered a role at Signify having successfully demonstrated the appropriate skills and behaviour for effective performance. Alternatively, there are opportunities for Higher-Level Apprenticeships which can be topped up further to full degree level.
