We are currently seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle for CRM solutions, from initial concept through to launch and ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate with public sector stakeholders to identify needs, gather requirements, and define product features and specifications.
- Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap that aligns with organizational goals and public sector requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and marketing, to ensure the successful delivery of CRM solutions.
- Monitor product performance, analyze user data, and collect feedback to inform continuous improvement efforts.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and advancements in CRM technology, particularly within the public sector.
- Provide training, support, and documentation to ensure end-users can effectively utilize CRM tools.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards applicable to the public sector.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management with a focus on CRM systems.
- Proven background in the public sector, with a thorough understanding of its unique challenges and requirements.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), including customization, integration, and administration.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically while executing methodically.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with additional CRM platforms and tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related CRM systems.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements in the public sector.
