Job Description:

We’re on the lookout for a proactive, hands-on Product Manager to take ownership of a diverse set of internal tools and digital platforms. In this role, you’ll work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to turn operational needs into smart, reliable digital products - with opportunities to integrate AI where it adds genuine value. From internal logistics platforms and warehouse systems to customer support tools and custom web applications, you’ll play a central part in evolving the digital backbone of the business.

You’ll be responsible for shaping product visions, translating complex ideas into actionable product specs, and managing multiple backlogs across different systems. Day-to-day, you’ll facilitate agile ceremonies, coordinate development sprints, and define clear success metrics to track product performance over time. Whether sketching out wireframes yourself or collaborating with UX designers, you’ll actively help shape user journeys and product experiences, ensuring they meet both operational demands and business goals.

The ideal candidate combines a strong product mindset with hands-on experience in both B2B and B2C software environments. You should be comfortable translating abstract concepts into concrete features and navigating the nuances of stakeholder priorities. A background in AI-driven tools, UX, or support systems is a plus, and familiarity with agile processes is essential. In return, you’ll join a collaborative, forward-thinking team offering a hybrid working model, opportunities to work with globally recognised brands, and real scope for professional growth.
