Key Responsibilities
  • Create innovative solutions using data and research to address broader challenges in your organization
  • Take a big-picture approach in analyzing business operations, driving improvements across teams and organizations
  • Work with senior leadership to establish and prioritize improvements in tech and non-tech products, overseeing them from start to finish
  • Enhance operational performance of products in partnership with stakeholders
A Day in the Life

As a Product Manager, you'll lead the implementation of data-driven change in Amazon, managing improvement projects, tech products, and programs. You'll use strategic thinking to define and execute efficient project plans. Your responsibilities extend beyond process improvements to include contributions to areas like diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience analyzing data and creating reports for leadership
  • Experience communicating with stakeholders, including peers and leadership
  • Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Excel)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as a Business Analyst or Data Scientist
  • Experience in Product Management and working with tech teams
  • Degree in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or an MBA
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, e-commerce, or transportation planning
