You’ll lead the development of our product roadmap—balancing market demand, technical feasibility and affordability—and ensure that our products continue to deliver meaningful value to customers, partners, and stakeholders. You will act as the central point of expertise for all product value propositions, championing product understanding across the organisation and ensuring OS remains customer‑centric in everything we deliver.
You will be a proactive, strategic thinker with experience managing product performance or roadmaps in a customer‑focused environment. Skilled in stakeholder engagement and confident using data to inform decisions, you will balance commercial, technical and user needs to deliver products that make a real difference. We want you to love what you do and feel supported to do your best work. Our benefits include:
We embrace a hybrid working model at OS, because we believe in flexibility and balance. You’ll be based at our fantastic HQ in Southampton, where you'll be expected to spend 50% of your time working and collaborating face‑to‑face with colleagues.
