Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager for Bloomberg Sell-Side EMS to lead the design and innovation of our next-generation Price Taking products. These tools enable traders to execute market positions, hedge trades, and utilize relevant trading tools. The product covers market connectivity, price engines, quoting engines, model engines, RFQ tickets, auto-quoting, STP, hedging tools, smart order routing, and virtual market trading. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with asset types such as Bonds, Repo, Futures, Derivatives, and electronic trading, to define product vision, specifications, and collaborate with engineering teams for testing and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Present vision, value proposition, roadmap, and development progress to senior management
• Collaborate with other Product Managers to integrate EMS services across workflows
• Document functional specifications and SLAs for each development phase
• Ensure timely delivery of projects meeting specifications and milestones

Minimum Requirements

• 10+ years' experience in product management or related field
• Expertise in Sell-Side EMS products and systems
• Proven knowledge of Fixed Income electronic trading automation
• Experience managing complex projects and teams
• Hands-on experience with Fixed Income traders
• Asset class lifecycle knowledge in Rates and Credit
• Understanding of trading processes including Electronic Trading, Pricing, Risk, Trade Capture, and Trade Lifecycle
• Experience with Fixed Income electronic trading and order management systems
• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies
• Project management skills with tools like Jira
• Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Finance, STEM, or related focus
