Qualifications

• Experience as Product Manager, Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst.
• B2B SaaS experience desirable.
• Ability to gather requirements and conduct user research.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full product lifecycle from research to delivery.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Gather and analyse user feedback to identify enhancements.
• Write user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with designers, developers and testers to deliver products.
• Prioritise features and maintain the product backlog.
• Review product performance to inform future development.
• Support roadmap planning and communicate changes.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory requirements.
