We are seeking a strategic and passionate Product Manager to lead the development of our Retail Planning Solution. You will define the product vision, manage the roadmap, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and deliver value, especially in inventory optimization, forecasting, and assortment planning for retailers and brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and evolve retail planning solutions, configuring core platform capabilities into market-aligned offerings.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market research.
• Conduct market analysis and engage with retail clients to understand planning processes and pain points.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on retail planning, advising teams and clients on solutions and outcomes.
• Support go-to-market activities with messaging, positioning, and enablement materials.
• Monitor retail industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.
• Refine solutions based on feedback, insights, and industry developments.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in developing or implementing planning solutions within a software company, focusing on retail merchandise or supply chain planning.
• Success in a Product Management role, leading strategy, roadmaps, and delivery in retail enterprise planning.
• Deep understanding of retail processes like merchandising, assortment planning, demand forecasting, and supply chain operations.
• Experience engaging with retail clients and stakeholders to define requirements and drive adoption.
• Hands-on experience in retail merchandising or supply chain planning is advantageous.
• Familiarity with SaaS enterprise software and agile methodologies is desirable.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
