We are seeking a strategic and passionate Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our Retail Planning Solution. In this role, you will define the product vision, manage the roadmap, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and deliver value to customers. You will shape how retailers and brands optimize inventory, forecasting, and assortment planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and evolve retail planning solutions by configuring core platform capabilities into coherent, market-aligned offerings.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market research.
• Conduct market analysis and engage with retail clients to understand planning processes, pain points, and emerging needs.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on retail planning, advising internal teams and clients on solution fit and outcomes.
• Support go-to-market teams with messaging, positioning, and enablement materials.
• Stay informed on retail industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Refine the solution offering based on market feedback and industry trends.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in a software company developing or implementing retail planning solutions.
• Success in a Product Management role, leading strategy, roadmap, and delivery for retail planning solutions.
• Deep understanding of retail processes, including merchandising, assortment planning, and demand forecasting.
• Experience engaging with retail clients and stakeholders to define requirements and drive adoption.
• Hands-on retail merchandising or supply chain planning experience is advantageous.
• Familiarity with SaaS enterprise software and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
