This role allows the successful candidate to:
1. Lead cross functional technical teams including engineering, marketing, quality, UX design, operations, and manufacturing
2. Analyze, identify, and quantify market opportunities for necessary innovative products and capabilities that will be used in nationwide grocery, drug, convenience & fuel, and department/specialty retail outlets both domestic and foreign.
3. Operate in an Agile environment based on Design Thinking, which focuses on progress vs. perfection, and iteration vs analysis paralysis
