Product Manager – £50,000 – Remote/Monthly South West meetups – 12 months FTC - Force for good, remote first business, flexible working, part time considered, 20 + 8 days bank holiday, private medical, weekly lunches, mental health support & more!
This is an exciting new position for a product owner/manager with a couple of years of experience, supporting the newly formed tech side of the business in delivering a range of products – from medical tech clients to EdTech products/programmes. You will have the opportunity to advance your career with some of the brightest minds in the industry!
The Role
As part of the tech team, you will contribute to multiple ongoing client products. Ideally, you will have at least 2+ years’ experience in product management. You will lead product development within a team of 5, ensuring products meet expectations and positively impact the team.
You will manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, overseeing business’ JIRA tickets to ensure timely delivery. You will assist with product discovery, ALPA stages, and collaborate with the tech team and clients on feedback, user stories, and epics.
You should be detail-oriented, task-driven, and capable of organizing the development team and managing priorities. You will be a product evangelist, embracing AGILE methodologies, challenging the team, and fostering continuous learning and development. Strong stakeholder management and a positive attitude are essential.
