Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex product strategies and roadmaps
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, goals, and success metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Stay current with emerging product management trends, tools, and best practices
- Contribute to the development of product strategies and roadmaps
- Define Minimal Viable Products (MVPs) and manage product backlogs
- Lead and work within multidisciplinary teams, considering both business and technical constraints
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong foundation in Agile and DevOps practices
- Understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns
- Proficiency in data modeling and data management
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Ability to build consensus, manage expectations, and facilitate effective decision-making and prioritization
Qualifications and Experience
- Extensive experience in product management, including defining and articulating product vision, strategy, goals, and roadmap
- Masterful proficiency in collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders, including executives, project teams, functional managers, and specialists from various areas
- Experience in leading and working within multidisciplinary teams with both business and technical considerations/constraints
- Understanding of Agile and DevOps practices (preferred)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) (preferred)
- Proficiency in data modeling and data management (preferred)
