The Product Manager will develop and execute bladder cancer market professional medical education strategy and continued elevation in the bladder cancer disease area for TAR-200. In this role, you will be responsible for generating insights, shaping, and implementing professional medical education initiatives and the operation and execution of professional medical education initiatives. This Product Manager will work across multiple internal company functions and teams, multiple brand functions, agencies, and other 3rd party vendors.
Position Description:
Leads development of comprehensive educational marketing plans, contributing to educational strategy, participates positioning initiatives, and messaging to achieve business goals via creation and execution of professional medical education strategy
Ensures professional education strategies, marketing assets and tactical plans are developed and performed in close partnership with US and global marketing teams, Sales, Medical Affairs, and key internal partners.
Lead advisory boards, conduct analytics, and collaborate in market research to generate insights for marketing initiatives in partnership with the insights and analytics team to inform marketing medical strategy.
Responsibilities include extensive operations work; for example, but not all inclusive such as contracting, managing multiple agencies, 3rd party vendors, and working cross functionally. This role requires project management with diverse and multiple moving parts, workstreams require delivering to tight deadlines, staying within budgeting scope, and delivery of outputs with multiple parallel work streams.

Requirements:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.
A minimum of 5 years of work experience, with 2 years in marketing, sales, sales learning and development, healthcare professional, sales leadership and/or commercial insight strategy experience and/or experience in a qualified leadership development program
Experience with project management
Healthcare experience or pharmaceutical industry knowledge
Ability to travel up to 25% which may include overnights and weekend travel.
Preferred:
Experience with product launch preferred
