Job summary

Lorien is seeking a Product Manager to support the delivery and ongoing implementation of a PLM platform. Working with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technology teams, you will help drive delivery of the roadmap and ensure adoption across the business.

• Experience with PLM implementations and programmes.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into clear requirements.
• Strong communication across business and technical teams.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder delivery.
• Demonstrated backlog and priority management skills.
• Analytical thinker who resolves delivery challenges.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
• Experience collaborating with analysts, architects, developers, vendors, and partners.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Prior exposure to fashion, retail, or product development domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery and rollout of the PLM programme, ensuring milestones and business objectives are achieved.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, Business Analysts, and technology teams to gather, refine, and prioritise requirements.
• Manage and maintain the product backlog, ensuring delivery priorities remain aligned to programme needs.
• Build strong relationships across business and technology teams to drive alignment and effective decision making.
• Work with internal and external partners to support ongoing delivery, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support testing, business readiness, training, and user adoption activities.
• Monitor delivery performance and help identify opportunities to improve business processes and user experience.
• Quickly develop a strong understanding of PLM processes, product development workflows, and the PLM solution to become an effective member of the programme team.
• Contribute to the successful transition from programme delivery into business-as-usual support and enhancement.
