Job summary

Cato Networks is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to own product-led customer journeys across SMB and enterprise markets, improving how customers discover, evaluate, activate, and expand the value of Cato’s cloud network and security platform.

You will work with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Sales, Channel, Customer Success, and Business Operations to drive measurable outcomes and product-qualified demand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Deep understanding of Product-Led Growth and PLG-driven journeys.
• Experience delivering user-facing product experiences with UI/UX focus.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with SMB networking and security markets.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end PLG journeys across SMB and enterprise segments.
• Define segment-specific product-led journeys balancing self-service and assisted experiences.
• Drive self-service onboarding, guided configuration, and purchase experiences for SMB.
• Identify ways to accelerate evaluation, activation, and time-to-value for enterprises.
• Define activation moments and optimize time-to-first-value.
• Monitor PLG metrics and use analytics to improve outcomes.
