Join us as a Product Manager for NEC Housing, shaping innovative products for the Social Housing community. We seek candidates with asset management and/or compliance experience to join a dynamic team focused on exceeding expectations and transforming the sector.

Your focus will include market assessment, requirements analysis, and supporting product development to ensure NEC Housing meets customer needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research on legislative, regulatory, and economic factors affecting your area.
2. Become the product expert, handling queries from customers and stakeholders.
3. Engage with customers through workshops and meetings to understand sector trends and requirements.
4. Define customer needs to ensure product alignment with market expectations.
5. Develop business cases for market analysis, pricing, and margins.
6. Coordinate with third-party suppliers and manage requirements.
7. Define the product roadmap.
8. Support sales with bid responses, proposals, and presentations.
9. Assist in product launch activities.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in UK Social Housing, either as a customer or solution provider.
2. Knowledge of asset management and compliance in social housing.
3. Understanding of project lifecycle and delivery methodologies.
4. Experience in product enhancements, UI/UX, and Agile development.
5. Familiarity with housing management systems or related software.
6. Strong communication and presentation skills.
7. Ability to build relationships and understand client perspectives.
8. Effective time management skills.
9. Valid UK/EC driving license for travel.
10. Experience managing the full product lifecycle.
11. Experience designing digital solutions, including mobile and web platforms.
12. Proficiency in Figma, JIRA, and similar tools.
