Join us as a Product Manager for NEC Housing, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping products for the Social Housing community. We're seeking candidates with experience in asset management and/or compliance to join a dynamic team focused on exceeding customer expectations and innovating in the sector.

Your focus will be on supporting the NEC Housing platform to meet customer challenges, from market assessment to requirements decomposition, build support, and final testing.

Responsibilities include:

1. Conduct market research on legislative, regulatory, and economic factors affecting your area.
2. Become an expert in your product area, addressing queries from customers and stakeholders.
3. Engage with customers through workshops and meetings to understand sector trends and requirements.
4. Define customer needs to ensure products meet or exceed expectations.
5. Build business cases for market uptake, pricing, and margins.
6. Identify and coordinate with third-party suppliers and systems integrators.
7. Define product roadmaps.
8. Support sales with bid responses and proposals.
9. Deliver presentations to customers and internal teams.
10. Support product launch activities.

Qualifications include experience in UK Social Housing, asset management, compliance, project lifecycle, product development, and proficiency with tools like Figma and JIRA.
