Job description

Our Product Management function is a driving force behind our success as the No.1 UK distributor for many of our vendors and customers. Thanks to the hard work and dedication of these teams, we can maintain and grow vendor relationships and drive revenue across the business.

What is the role?

Working within the Microsoft Product Management Team, you will provide assistance and support across forecasting, vendor management, stock allocations, and B2B operations to manage a portfolio of product lines including Surface, Microsoft Licensing, and Fully Packaged Products. The successful candidate will be passionate about Microsoft products, demonstrate commitment, focus, excellent attention to detail, and a willingness to learn with a can-do attitude.

How will you do this?

  1. Assist and support in managing a portfolio of products including forecasting, vendor management, stock allocations, and B2B operations.
  2. Manage Microsoft Surface and Fully Packaged Products replenishment orders.
  3. Manage sales forecasts and streamline current processes.
  4. Handle queries from Sales teams regarding lead times, product information, and pricing.
  5. Proactively work with sales teams to gather monthly/quarterly forecasts to assist in setting business targets.
  6. Oversee stock allocation of all incoming product lines.
  7. Manage expectations on lead times and communicate any product constraints internally.
  8. Maintain and communicate pricelists to internal sales teams.
  9. Collaborate with Microsoft supply chain to resolve outstanding orders.
  10. Participate in weekly vendor conference calls.

  • Build strong working relationships with internal departments, resellers, and vendors.
  • Organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Effective and confident communicator with clear written and spoken skills.
  • Good knowledge of and interest in Microsoft products and services.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sell-through and forecast data.
