We are an international manufacturing company based at our modern site in Frimley, with both our head office functions and manufacturing teams on site. We are recruiting for an experienced Product Manager (Mechanical) to join our well-established and successful team. Job Role

The Product Manager (Mechanical) is responsible for the maintenance and development of the existing range of mechanical products in our portfolio, ensuring our instruments remain competitive in the market.

Main Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively in a team, managing projects in coordination with the manager, to develop new and special products, driving activities across involved teams to meet deadlines.
• Ensure all products under their responsibility have complete technical and commercial documentation and support the renewal of associated certificates.
• Provide technical support to sales and marketing teams to promote products and increase customer demand.
• Plan and conduct training sessions for other departments as needed.
• Set and review the annual product price list.
• Provide technical support for customer queries.
• Monitor costs and maintain product quality.

Qualifications and Skills

• A Degree or HNC in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience working with or within a sales department.
• Proactive approach to product development.
• Knowledge of relevant standards (ASME/EN), norms, and directives for mechanical products.
• Willingness to travel abroad when necessary.

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and main Microsoft tools.
• Experience in the Process Control Instrumentation market.
• Knowledge of protection modes for Hazardous Area applications.
• 5-10 years of experience in an associated industry.
• Experience working for a manufacturer of instrumentation.
