MILE in the United Kingdom is seeking a Product Manager to own the member experience across the MILE app, homepage, and onboarding. The role focuses on a consumer-facing, user-centric approach with a strong technical lean, coordinating with design, engineering, marketing and the CRM team.

You will shape personalisation, drive feature specs, and measure impact using data. Based at our Doncaster office, you’ll be in the office three days per week as standard, with possible five days during

Formación

• 5+ years of product management experience on consumer-facing apps and web.
• Track record of shipping consumer features end to end with measurable results.
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces or subscription and membership products.
• Technically fluent with APIs, data models and third-party integrations.
• Experience with mobile apps development and release processes, ideally React Native.
• Hands-on with data and product analytics tools.
• Ability to write clear tickets and acceptance criteria in Agile teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product roadmap for the MILE app (iOS and Android), homepage and onboarding from problem definition through to release and measurement.
• Own the membership journey from first visit to paying member.
• Shape personalisation and discovery across the app.
• Collaborate with engineering on technical scoping and trade-offs.
• Write end-to-end specs covering happy path, edge cases, data and API requirements.
• Define success metrics and event tracking for features and measure impact.
• Write tickets for engineering and stay engaged through build and release.
• Identify opportunities from user behaviour and feedback and propose initiatives.
• Partner with the CRM team on product strategy for onboarding, lifecycle, and retention.
• Communicate roadmap progress to stakeholders and keep teams aligned.
