LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to join our Global Team, focusing on expanding our fraud analytics offerings. In this role, you will act as a Product Owner within a dynamic team, working on innovative projects with cutting-edge technologies, alongside professionals committed to learning and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs through discovery, experiment, collaborate, and lead the product development lifecycle to enhance customer experience. Work closely with development teams, data science, fellow product managers, and the wider organization.
  • Contribute to and define the product suite strategy based on market, customer, and business insights.
  • Make data-driven decisions by analyzing large datasets and recommending actions to improve product development and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer support, and professional services to gather market needs, manage customer feedback, and contribute to marketing materials.
  • Due to the global scope, flexible working hours between UK and US time zones are required.

Requirements

  • Passionate problem solver with experience in Product Management or Product Ownership.
  • Domain expertise in fraud prevention, statistical modeling, or AI/machine learning.
  • Ability to analyze complex data related to machine learning and AI algorithms.
  • Committed to delivering high-quality products with the customer at the center of decisions.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban is a plus.
