Job summary

Believ is hiring a Digital Product Manager to own internal tooling within its Tech team, shaping the roadmap for operational platforms that scale EV charging networks. You will partner with operations, engineering, and commercial stakeholders to translate pain points into high-impact initiatives.

The role demands a data-driven approach, strong stakeholder management, and a lean agile mindset to drive measurable improvements across multi-quarter roadmaps and field operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Product Manager with a track record of owning internal tools or operational platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex problems into clear product requirements for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical mindset; comfortable using data to define metrics, measure impact, and prioritise decisions.
• Experience in agile delivery with a lean, iterative mindset.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
• Strategic thinking; focusing on measurable outcomes and driving operational impact.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve a multi-quarter roadmap for Believ's internal tools aligned to scaling ambitions.
• Translate operational pain points and business goals into a prioritised backlog of high-impact initiatives.
• Define and track success metrics and use data to prioritise and measure outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure clear handoffs and well-scoped work.
