The role: Product Manager, InPlay Betting

As Product Manager, you will work closely with the product director and delivery teams to translate high-level roadmaps into actionable work items, covering strategic and tactical aspects of product management.

Main Responsibilities:

The What (Strategic):

• Collaborate with the Product Director to develop the product vision, roadmap, and identify opportunities.
• Translate the product vision into detailed work items for quarterly planning.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments and key customers.
• Communicate vision and strategy effectively to the team and stakeholders.
• Stay informed about industry developments, threats, and opportunities.

The How (Tactical):

• Support daily operations of the product.
• Manage product releases and go-to-market strategies.
• Define epics with clear acceptance criteria, involving relevant stakeholders and assets.
• Verify that epics meet expectations based on acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with the Delivery Lead to ensure alignment.
• Create documentation to support product awareness and technical development.

Required Skills:

• Experience in product management within online sports betting or gaming industries.
• At least 3 years of experience in a product management role.
• Proven ability to develop product strategies and manage roadmaps.
• Experience with agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong skills in gathering and transforming requirements into practical roadmaps.
• Background in BI and analytics; experience with data-oriented products preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Passion for the betting industry.
• Ability to meet deadlines and lead teams.
• Highly collaborative and proactive approach.
