Stratpharma is a global medical devices company specialising in innovative topical solutions across dermatology, plastic surgery, gynaecology, geriatrics, and radiation oncology. We are currently seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Australian team in Eltham, Victoria.
This newly created role will lead marketing strategy and execution across a diverse range of sectors, including pharmacy, private clinics, hospitals, veterinary, and aesthetics. Working closely with our dynamic marketing team, the role is critical in ensuring Stratpharma maintains its leadership position and develops strategies and tactics to support further growth.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for:
· Developing and executing strategic marketing plans for existing and new products, including market research, competitor analysis, and product launches, supporting profitability, brand leadership, and market share expansion.
· Leading the marketing team to ensure the timely delivery of strategies and initiatives.
· Proactively monitoring market dynamics, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to uncover opportunities and support the sales team with effective tools.
· Working closely with global marketing, sales teams, and the Managing Director to develop and align product strategy, marketing goals, and resource plans.
· Building strong customer relationships across multiple stakeholders effectively communicating clinical and technical insights.
The role is full time and requires four days per week in our Eltham office to support close collaboration with the marketing team.
Ideally you will have:
· Proven results in Product/Brand Management, preferably within healthcare.
· Demonstrated leadership with experience managing teams.
· Strong financial acumen, including P&L statements and balance sheets.
· Exceptional communications skills, presentation, and relationship building skills.
· Analytical skills and ability to interpret technical, clinical, and marketing data.
· Tertiary qualifications in either marketing, science, or biological sciences.
· Proficiency in digital marketing, analytics, and Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
· Current driver’s licence for customer and site visits.
