Product Manager II, Product Experience

The Product Experience team plays a pivotal role in shaping how travelers engage with product details on our platform, covering a range of areas including images, amenities and highlights, user generated content, and rooms and rates. We’re continuously exploring new opportunities to evolve our experience for our travelers and expand our impact across the business.
We’re hiring a Product Manager II to join our London-based team and help drive the evolution of our content experience. You’ll contribute to high-priority initiatives such as room content, page performance, and AI/ML-driven enhancements, while supporting a flexible and evolving roadmap.
In this role, you will:
Develop and communicate a clear product vision for PDP content features, aligning with broader team and business goals.
Own and prioritize the product backlog in Jira, ensuring alignment with strategic themes and delivery milestones.
Translate technical requirements for non-technical audiences and vice versa, fostering clarity and alignment across teams.
Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to identify and integrate AI/ML opportunities into product features.
Advocate for customer needs by leveraging data insights, market research, and user feedback to inform product decisions.
Partner with UX teams to make user-centric tradeoffs that balance customer value with business viability.
Build business cases and define success metrics tied to financial outcomes and customer impact.
Conduct market analysis and map customer journeys to identify Jobs To Be Done and guide feature development.
Apply UX design principles to recommend solutions to well-understood user problems.
Design and execute product experiments and usability tests to validate MVPs and iterate quickly.
Monitor product performance using advanced metrics and analytics tools, recommending improvements as needed.
Create compelling data visualizations to support decision-making and stakeholder alignment.
Write detailed user stories and ensure backlog prioritization during Agile ceremonies.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, promoting inclusivity, empathy, and cross-functional collaboration.
Clearly articulate the product vision and help teams understand the "why" behind product decisions.
Experience and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of product management experience, or a Master’s degree with 0-2 years of experience.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in product development.
Proficiency in data analysis, data visualization, and using analytics tools to drive insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively and make sound product decisions.
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms.
A passion for solving customer problems and delivering high-impact solutions.
