Job description

GCE is a global leader in gas control equipment with over 100 years of history and a strong focus on innovation. In the past five years, the company has strategically expanded into medical gas equipment through acquisitions and organic investment, aiming to reach $1B in sales by 2028.

This Product Manager role supports the Homecare & Healthcare portfolio, including Portable Oxygen Concentrators, Suction Devices, and Oxygen Therapy solutions. The focus is on new product launch, new customers,operational execution, project coordination, pricing and margin tracking, and customer support. The position is key to ensuring smooth product lifecycle management, cross-functional collaboration, and value delivery to customers.

The role can be performed remotely within Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

Product & Project Execution

  • Manage product documentation and changes in coordination with regulatory, operations, and supply chain.
  • Track availability, resolve issues, and lead small to mid-scale product-related projects.

Commercial & Customer Support

  • Support pricing, margin tracking, and proposal preparation.
  • Collaborate with sales on customer presentations, quotes, and issue follow-up.

Marketing & Launch Readiness

  • Develop product materials (presentations, datasheets, training tools).
  • Coordinate product launches and maintain content across platforms.
  • Gather VOC feedback and monitor competitors.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with engineering, quality, regulatory, and operations.
  • Contribute to forecasting and prepare sales/performance reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Life Sciences, Business or related)
  • 4+ years experience in product management, marketing, or operations in medical devices/healthcare
  • Knowledge of respiratory/homecare products a plus
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, data tools
  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally
