Job Title: Product Manager – High Speed Packaging Machinery

Location: UK, Hybrid (2 days in the office)

Salary: Up to £55,000 + bonus, excellent benefits & company car

Responsibilities:

Market Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and monitor competitors.
• Analyze trends and customer needs to develop effective product strategies.

Product Introduction:

• Lead the launch of equipment into the UK market.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to understand product features and benefits.
• Develop market entry strategies covering pricing, positioning, and distribution.

Product Positioning and Marketing:

• Create compelling value propositions.
• Work with marketing to develop brochures, presentations, and digital content.
• Plan and execute product launch campaigns.
• Provide product training and support to the UK sales team.
• Work with sales to identify customer needs and tailor solutions.
• Create sales collateral and presentations.
• Build relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
• Gather feedback to refine products.
• Conduct customer presentations and demonstrations.

Performance Monitoring:

• Set and track KPIs to measure product success.
• Report regularly on product performance to management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in packaging, manufacturing, or high-value engineering sectors.
• Strong analytical skills and market research experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborative team player.
• Strong project management and attention to detail.
• Experience launching new products is a plus.
• Familiarity with the food packaging industry is beneficial.
