Job Description

Abtrace is hiring a product manager to be a core part of our growing product team. You will own key parts of our roadmap and deliver outcomes for users in GP practices and their patients.

The company

Abtrace is a venture-backed health tech company creating digital health software for population health interventions. Our product scans health records to detect deterioration, early disease onset, and opportunities for preventative care. We work with over 250 primary care practices covering 2.5 million patients and are expanding rapidly. We have offices in London, UK, and Porto, Portugal, with a hybrid working model and some remote work. Preference for candidates who can regularly work at one of our locations.

About the role

This is a hands-on individual contributor role requiring end-to-end product management—from understanding user needs to collaborating with technical and design teams to deliver work. You will shape, oversee, and follow up on work post-shipment. Our product-market fit is strong, and demand is accelerating. You will help mature and scale our offering, focusing on operational execution and craftsmanship rather than UX optimization.
