Position Overview

The Product Manager is a core member of the brand team, responsible for developing and executing the launch strategy for Icotrokinra in Plaque Psoriasis (PsO). This position reports to the Group Product Director, Icotrokinra HCP Marketing, Dermatology.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the development & execution of HCP launch tactics, including field promotion, digital (website, banner ads, emails, etc.), and conference assets.
  2. Partner with Learning Excellence to shape training workshops & field meetings to connect brand strategy to executional excellence.
  3. Participate and actively provide inputs to cross-functional partners regarding launch strategy & tactical implementation, including but not limited to, Sales, Medical Affairs, Learning Excellence, Global, Insights, etc.
  4. Shape and participate in advisory boards, congresses, and attend scientific sessions as needed.
  5. Manage associated AOR and agency partners, ensuring shared accountability to the brand strategy, marketing excellence, and the execution of key tactics and deliverables.
  6. Adhere to Our Credo, prioritizing the needs and well-being of the people we serve.

Qualifications
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
Experience and Skills:
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful business experience, preferably in Marketing, or in Sales, Sales Learning & Development, Medical, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable tactics.
  • Ability to lead within a matrix environment and influence without authority.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated passion and perseverance for long-term goals.
  • Ability to work in Horsham, PA (3 days/week) and travel domestically up to 30%.
