A leading insurance firm in Greater London is seeking a Product Management Lead to drive the product vision and strategy aligned with business priorities. This role involves overseeing the product lifecycle, leading a team of Product Owners, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and customer-centric solutions. The ideal candidate has proven experience in product management within complex environments, technical data product knowledge, and strong leadership skills. As a Product Management Lead, you'll define and evolve our product vision, strategy, and roadmap in line with AXA's business priorities and transformation goals. You'll oversee the full product lifecycle from inception to retirement, lead a team of Product Owners, and partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and customer‑focused solutions. Your strategic leadership and expertise will be critical in driving continuous value and stakeholder engagement.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
